• Attempting to bypass security protocols
• Entering restricted system areas
• Causing service interruptions
• Using automated account creation methods
• Distributing unsolicited messages
• Participating in deceptive activities
• Breaking any laws or regulations
• Misusing intellectual property
• Distributing malware
• Operating cryptocurrency software
• Performing unauthorized system testing
• Trying to compromise other accounts
• Using services for critical operations
• Overusing system resources

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Krew cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

13. Dispute Resolution

All disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in Singapore under SIAC arbitration procedures. Both parties agree to this as the exclusive method of dispute resolution.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Krew and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
